Need Immediate Help?
It takes incredible strength to acknowledge when you’re struggling. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, distressed, or unsafe right now, please know that you are not alone and immediate support is available.
While YouCentred is here to offer ongoing support and guidance, I am not an emergency service. We want to ensure you get the right help, right when you need it.
If you are in immediate danger, or if there is a threat to life, call 999 immediately.
Do not hesitate if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
Feeling Overwhelmed?
If you are in a mental health crisis but it’s not life-threatening, you can call NHS 111 or visit the service online.
You will be assessed and directed to the right service for your needs.
